Job Overview
We are hiring a Tax Manager to lead and review U.S. tax filings across individuals, partnerships, and corporations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of tax preparation and filing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage staff and communicate directly with clients. While crypto tax experience is helpful, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
Respond to client questions related to U.S. tax compliance and filings
Oversee and train junior staff on tax technical and procedural matters
Communicate directly with clients in a clear and professional manner
Ensure returns are completed accurately and on schedule
Stay updated on tax law changes and ensure compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tax issues efficiently
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns
Experience with individual, partnership, and corporate returns
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage a team and maintain client relationships
CPA preferred but not required
Proficiency in tax software and digital tools
