US Talent Researcher / Recruiting Sourcer – Remote | $400–$600 USD
Discover the professionals leading major construction projects across the United States.
Help identify the Project Managers, Superintendents, and leaders who build hospitals, stadiums, and large commercial developments.

If you enjoy research, solving puzzles, and finding hard-to-locate professionals online, this role will be exciting and rewarding.
You’ll work with a U.S. executive recruiting team that places leadership talent at construction companies across the country.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging deep, uncovering talent, and building organized pipelines of candidates.

Strong performers can grow into Senior Sourcer or full-cycle Recruiter roles over time.

***What You'll Be Doing***
• Research and identify construction professionals across the United States
• Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo/Apollo, and advanced search techniques to find candidates
• Build structured candidate pipelines for active recruiting projects
• Organize and track talent information inside Google Sheets or CRM
• Conduct basic qualification research (title, location, experience)
• Work closely with recruiters to support open roles and hiring targets

This role is research-driven and detail-focused.

***What Success Looks Like***
Within your first 90 days you will learn how to:
• Day 30: Identify 30–50 qualified professionals per week
• Day 60: Support 8–12 candidate submissions per week
• Day 90: Build consistent talent pipelines for multiple recruiting projects

***Ideal Background***
• Strong internet research skills; organized and detail-oriented
• Curious and persistent when searching for information
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools
• Strong written English communication

***Helpful but not required***
• Experience sourcing U.S. candidates
• Recruiting or talent research experience
• Familiarity with LinkedIn search or Boolean searches

***Compensation and Growth***
Base salary: $400–$600 USD per month depending on experience
Career path toward Senior Sourcer or full-cycle Recruiter roles

***Work Schedule***
• US Eastern Time schedule (Philippines night shift) • Monday to Friday
• Minimum 50 Mbps internet connection with backup
• Quiet workspace and reliable headset
