Summary
We are seeking a decisive, results driven legal professional based in the Philippines who has experience handling U.S. insurance companies and is comfortable pushing back when carriers delay or refuse to pay valid claims.

This role is for someone who understands U.S. insurance processes, policy language, and common delay tactics, and who is confident applying legal pressure through documentation, escalation, and regulatory awareness. You thrive in high accountability environments, move with urgency, and take ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and drive disputes with U.S. insurance companies from initial resistance through resolution.
• Analyze insurance policies, correspondence, and claim documentation for leverage points.
• Draft firm, professional demand letters and responses aligned with U.S. standards.
• Identify delay tactics and escalate matters appropriately and efficiently.
• Track deadlines, maintain organized case documentation, and support resolution strategies.

Ideal Candidate
• High D personality with the confidence to challenge insurers and push matters forward.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing policy language and claims.
• Experience working with U.S. insurance companies, claims, or legal processes required.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with clear accountability.
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills.

Job Details
• Fully remote position based in the Philippines.
• Work hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
