U.S. Immigration Legal Specialist / Paralegal

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Filipino legal professional with hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law and case management to join our team in BGC, Taguig.
This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked directly on U.S. immigration cases and is comfortable reviewing documents, preparing case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with clients and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
Manage U.S. immigration cases from intake through completion
Review client information and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, applications, affidavits, and supporting documents
Research U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation
Review case files and identify missing information or potential issues
Track filing deadlines, case requirements, submissions, and case status
Communicate with clients regarding case requirements and supporting documents
Coordinate with attorneys and other members of the legal team
Prepare case updates, reports, and internal documentation
Stay updated on USCIS policies, procedures, and filing requirements
Maintain strict confidentiality of client and case information
Requirements
Filipino citizen
Proven professional experience working with U.S. immigration law
Hands-on experience handling U.S. immigration cases
Previous experience as a U.S. immigration paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, legal researcher, or similar role
Strong understanding of U.S. immigration procedures and documentation
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Able to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive legal information
Must be willing to work 100% on-site in BGC, Taguig

Family-based immigration
Employment-based immigration
Adjustment of Status
Consular Processing
Immigrant and nonimmigrant visa cases
Naturalization / citizenship
USCIS filings
Requests for Evidence (RFE)
Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID)
Case preparation and evidence organization
Client intake and case assessment

We are specifically looking for candidates with real-world experience working on U.S. immigration cases.
Please do not apply if your experience is limited to general administrative work, general Philippine legal practice, or other legal work without substantial U.S. immigration experience.
