JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a US-based healthcare client. This is a fast-paced role, and you’ll be the voice of the company for both candidates and hiring managers. If you thrive on speed, stay organized, and communicate with confidence, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Conduct phone interviews and screen healthcare candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and follow-ups.
Communicate regularly with US-based hiring managers and candidates.
Handle candidate concerns, set expectations, and provide hiring recommendations.
Maintain accurate recruitment records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Manage high-volume hiring while meeting recruitment deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (required).
Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with US-based professionals.
Strong background in high-volume recruitment.
Experience conducting interviews, screening candidates, and handling objections.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
