JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful U.S. Grant Research & Writing Specialist to help identify, evaluate, and apply for funding opportunities for a range of organizations and small businesses.

This role involves both researching relevant grant opportunities and preparing compelling applications that increase the chances of approval.

If you understand how to navigate U.S. grant databases, write persuasively, and match opportunities to the right applicants, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
• Research and identify relevant U.S.-based grants (federal, state, local, and private)
• Match grant opportunities to client profiles and eligibility
• Maintain and update a database of active and upcoming grants
• Prepare, write, and edit grant applications and proposals
• Assist in gathering required documentation and supporting materials
• Track deadlines and submission timelines
• Summarize opportunities in a clear, client-friendly format
• Stay updated on new funding programs and trends

What We’re Looking For
• Experience with U.S. grant research and/or grant writing
• Strong writing skills (clear, persuasive, and detail-oriented)
• Familiarity with platforms like:
