JOB OVERVIEW

U.S. Government Contracting (GovCon) Specialist

We are building a U.S.-based consulting company that helps businesses find, pursue, and win government contracts. We are looking for an experienced GovCon Specialist based in the Philippines to help build our processes and manage opportunities for clients. The pay can be negotiated based on experience and is going to change as company grows!

This is not a general VA position. Previous U.S. government contracting experience is required.

Responsibilities:

* Search ---------- and other procurement platforms for opportunities
* Review and qualify RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and other solicitations
* Match opportunities with client capabilities
* Perform bid/no-bid analysis
* Track deadlines, requirements, NAICS codes, and set-asides
* Assist with proposal preparation, compliance, and bid submissions
* Research agencies, previous awards, and competitors
* Maintain client opportunity pipelines
* Help develop GovCon SOPs and workflows

Ideal Candidate:

* 2+ years of U.S. GovCon experience preferred
* Experience with ---------- required
* Proposal/bid experience strongly preferred
* Familiarity with GovTribe, HigherGov, GovWin, BidNet, or similar platforms is a plus
* Excellent written English and attention to detail
* Experience managing multiple GovCon clients is a major plus

We are looking for someone who can eventually become a key member of our GovCon operations team as the company grows.
