JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial reporting, general accounting, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage payroll processing, tax compliance, tax filings, and coordination with external accountants and tax advisors.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Monitor hospitality revenue, property-level P&Ls, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Maintain internal controls, account reconciliations, audit readiness, and compliance with applicable US financial regulations.
- Analyze financial performance, improve accounting processes, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including financial management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
- Hands-on experience with US payroll, taxation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and audit preparation.
- Hospitality or multi-property accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software, payroll systems, and financial reporting tools.
