Immediate Opening

We are looking for a full-time accounting professional in the Philippines who wants to build a long-term career working with U.S.-based clients.

This position is a little different from a typical bookkeeping role, so please read the entire description before applying.

What the Role Looks Like

For the first 1 to 3 months, a significant part of this position will involve high-volume data entry for one U.S. client.

This client processes a large number of transactions, potentially 50 to 100+ invoices per day, across both accounts payable and accounts receivable. You need to be comfortable working accurately and efficiently with this level of volume.

We want to be very clear about this upfront. If you dislike repetitive, high-volume transaction entry, this probably isn't the right position for you.

However, the position will not stay this way.

We are actively working to automate much of this process. Sales and AR activity will eventually flow from ServiceTitan into the accounting system, and AP invoices will increasingly be processed using OCR and automation tools.

As those systems are implemented, your role will shift from primarily entering transactions to reviewing transactions, monitoring automated processes, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and working with additional U.S. clients.

Our expectation is that this position will eventually support approximately 3 to 5 U.S. clients, starting with our less complicated accounts. As your skills and knowledge grow, there will be opportunities to take on more complex accounting responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

We would especially like to hear from candidates who have:

* Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients, preferably multiple clients
* Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
* Experience with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, AP and AR
* Experience processing a high volume of invoices or other financial transactions
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality
* Good written and verbal English communication skills
* A reliable, high-speed internet connection and dependable home work environment
* An interest in learning new accounting systems and technology
* A genuine interest in working with and eventually supporting multiple U.S. businesses

Experience with ServiceTitan would be a major plus, but it is not required.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, 8-hour-per-day position working U.S. hours.

Your regular workday will end at 2:00 AM Pacific Time, so please make sure you are comfortable working this schedule on a long-term basis before applying.

We strongly prefer candidates who have previously worked a night or graveyard schedule for U.S. clients and already know that this schedule works for them.

Where This Position Can Go

We're not looking for someone just to enter invoices.

We're looking for someone who can handle the high-volume work required at the beginning, learn our clients and systems, and then grow into a broader accounting and bookkeeping role.

As we automate the repetitive work, we want to give you more responsibility and expose you to additional U.S. clients. For someone who wants to develop their U.S. accounting experience, there is significant room to grow.
