JOB OVERVIEW

Our Website-as-a-Service product is growing, and so is our B2B cold-calling team — expanding from Eastern Europe into the Philippines. You'll call US small business owners, book discovery calls, and get hourly pay plus bonuses — with direct access to the founders, no red tape.
What you'll do:

Cold call US small business owners (contractors, clinics, restaurants, local services, etc.)
Qualify them and book discovery calls for our team
Log every call and outcome in the CRM, and follow up consistently
Give feedback on scripts and objections so we improve fast
What we provide:

Ready scripts, objection handling, and fresh lead lists
Dialer and CRM access
Direct communication with the founders — no layers of management
Hourly pay + bonus per booked call and per closed deal
A long-term seat. We're building a department, not filling a one-off gig

What we're looking for:

Real cold calling or appointment setting experience (US market a plus)
Clear, confident English on the phone
Available during US business hours
Reliable internet, quiet space, and a decent headset
Thick skin and consistency — this is high-volume work
Pay: $4–9/hr depending on experience, plus bonus per booked call and per closed deal.
