URGENTLY HIRING: Remote Administrative Support (HubSpot Experience)

Are you highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing calendars, CRM systems, content scheduling, and team deliverables?
We are looking for a full-time Executive Administrative Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help keep projects, clients, and deadlines organized.

Position: Remote Executive Administrative Virtual Assistant
Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | EST Hours
Rate: $4.00–$5.00 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain calendars using Google Calendar and Calendly
Update and manage client information and activities in HubSpot
Send reminders to clients regarding upcoming meetings, appointments, and deadlines
Schedule and manage content using platforms such as Loomly, Mailchimp, Zoho, Constant Contact, and other social media or marketing tools preferred by clients
Assign and distribute tasks to team members
Monitor project deliverables and deadlines to ensure everything stays on track
Follow up on completed work and ensure deliverables are ready for review on time

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, General Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
✔ Experience using Google Calendar, Calendly, and HubSpot
✔ Familiarity with social media scheduling and email marketing platforms
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
✔ Reliable and comfortable working EST hours
