JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a background in real estate transactions? We are currently looking for a Virtual Transaction Coordinator with experience in the New Jersey market to join our team and efficiently manage transactions from contract to close with accuracy and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all required documents are complete and deadlines are met
-Manage and maintain transaction files using Dotloop, AppFiles, and other transaction management systems
-Ensure all transactions comply with MLS rules and regional regulations specific to New Jersey
-Communicate effectively with agents, clients, lenders, and title companies to facilitate smooth and timely closings
-Handle all administrative tasks and paperwork while keeping transaction files accurate, updated, and well-organized

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Transaction Coordinator, with required experience in both New Jersey market
-Proficient in Dotloop, AppFiles, and other transaction management platforms
-Strong understanding of MLS rules and compliance requirements
-Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
-Reliable, independent, and demonstrated strong work ethic
-Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
