JOB OVERVIEW

We run VoxeLord (700K+ subscribers on YouTube: ---------- Content Direction: While our earlier library featured dark cave horror and monster encounters, we have pivoted completely away from bloody horror, jumpscares, and gore.
We now produce high-retention educational Minecraft Shorts, game mechanics breakdowns, "Minecraft logic" demonstrations, and viral curiosity videos. Check our channel for our lighting, environment detail, and camera quality standards, but note that all new work focuses on engaging, clean visual storytelling.

What We Are Looking For:
- Dynamic POV & Camera Flow: Deep understanding of first-person perspective (POV hand rigs, item swings, fluid camera sweeps, and seamless scene transitions).
- Full Animation Pipeline in Blender: Block, animate, light, and render 4 completed Shorts per week (30–35 seconds each) using Blender (Eevee or optimized Cycles).
- Strict Adherence to Direction: Ability to translate our detailed, line-by-line scripts and audio tracks into clear visual beats without guesswork.
- Educational & Mechanical Staging: Clearly demonstrate Minecraft interactions, comparisons, and logic quirks with satisfying visual clarity and punchy timing.
- Fast Review Workflow: Deliver low-resolution viewport playblasts for quick motion, pacing, and transition sign-off before committing to final renders.

What We Provide:
- Channel character rigs, first-person hand rigs, and starter asset packs provided to serious and shortlisted applicants.
