A few words about us

Hey! We are Organic Media, a micro-agency creating and distributing AI-generated short-form videos ( 1 to 3 minutes long) for e-commerce brands, mainly in the health and pet niche.

You’ll work directly with our manager ( 20 years old from Europe, over 3 years of real experience in this exact space ), who has personally prepared step-by-step document on to teach you everything from the ground up. No confusion. No guessing. No wasted time.



What kind of videos will you repost?
We create simple but effective short-form AI videos in the health and pet niche that look native to platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Pinterest and your job will be to just download them from our 20 Instagram accounts and repost to 20 YouTube Shorts accounts in the exact order.

These are not complex videos at all. Difficulty level: 3/10

Here are similar ( not ours ) examples of what we create ( YouTube playlist ):

We also provide a document that shows EXACTLY which videos to upload, from which accounts and where, so even a beginner can follow it.



This role is not creative, does not require editing skills, and does not involve strategy.
It is a system-based execution role with very clear rules, processes, and expectations.
Everything is already set up. Your job is simply to execute the daily uploads correctly and consistently.



What is this job about?
We are looking for a YouTube Shorts Reposter VA.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Download short-form videos (1–3 minutes long) from a list of around 20 Instagram accounts
- Upload them to the assigned around 20 YouTube Shorts channels
- Follow the correct posting order and schedule
- Never miss a day or a video ( without letting us know )
- You will be given access to the Google accounts already connected to the YouTube channels
- Pre-written titles and descriptions (you do NOT write anything)
- Clear rules on what to post, where, and when
- VPN setup instructions
- After you upload the videos to each YT Channel, you can delete them from your computer to save storage



This job does not require:
- Any video editing
- Writing captions
- Coming up with ideas
- This is purely execution and consistency.



Daily workload (important)
Each day you will:
- Download ALL freshly, daily uploaded reels from around 20 Instagram accounts
- Upload the correct videos to the assigned YouTube Shorts channels
Total uploads are manageable and repetitive.
The job fits within 8 hours per day maximum, usually less once you learn the routine



Later, you will also:
- Change YouTube Shorts thumbnails from a mobile device (this cannot be done on PC)
- Confirm daily completion with a short message to our manager on ---------- like:
“All videos posted for today. Took me X amount of time and posted X videos”
This is a 7 days per week role, because Shorts posting must be consistent.



Optional add-ons (not guaranteed, but possible later) These are NOT required at the start:
- Responding to a couple YouTube comments using copy-paste replies
- Posting the same content to other platforms like Pinterest
- Responding to Facebook and Instagram ---------- using copy-paste templates
If added, these will be discussed clearly in advance.



Equipment & tools required
- A decent computer or laptop ( ideally 16GB+ RAM and 300GB of SSD storage )
- Fast and stable internet so that you can work efficiently and save time
- A smartphone (Android or iPhone) to later change thumbnails ( cannot be done on PC )
- NordVPN (basic plan is enough - we can cover it )
- Ability to download and upload videos smoothly without any issues
Everything else is already prepared and provided.



Tools & access
You will receive:
- Login access to Google accounts connected to YouTube channels
- Access to pre-written titles and descriptions
- NordVPN account if you don't have one already
- Clear posting instructions
- Simple reporting format


You are NOT responsible for:
- Having to worry about channel performance
- Views or engagement ( 0 views or 10M views, it doesn't matter )
- Monetization results ( we’re not monetizing from these channels )
Your job is consistent execution, not results.



Communication & reporting
You’ll have a private 1:1 chat with our manager and separate one to send your daily work in, work fully remotely through ---------- , receive clear feedback, and be treated as a long-term tea ---------- mber. No stressful interviews. No micromanagement. No slow emails back and forth. Daily confirmation after posting



Weekly report consisting of:
- Screenshots of YouTube analytics from the last 7 days
- Screenshots showing the amount of views or US% audience of each channel ( weekly )
Communication is simple, remote and direct. No meetings, no calls, no micromanagement.



Responsibilities (summary)
- Download short-form videos
- Maybe later converting them to a different mp4 format
- Upload them to the correct YouTube Shorts channel
- Follow posting rules exactly
- Use VPN correctly and set to the agreed on IP ( Example: New York )
- Change thumbnails of each video under each channel on your phone
- Never miss a day without informing us
- Send weekly analytics screenshots
That’s it. Very stable and repetitive tasks with not much to worry about.

Salary & payments
- This is a full-time position, 7 days a week, but under 8 hours per day. ( if you have fast internet )
- This role does NOT require ANY advanced skills meaning it's simple and stable
- Starting salary is around $360-$420/month
- Payments are monthly, in any currency or method available in your country. ( we’ll try )
- To build trust, we’re offering to pay you $100 after the first 10 days of working with us, with the remaining balance at month end. ( we already got scammed by other platforms so please respect this )
We do not pay based on views or results, as this role is strictly operational. ( it's because we’re not getting monetized from these channels )
