JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing US B2B agency looking for 4 elite Cold Callers for a high-volume outbound sales campaign.

You will NOT do any manual lead research or list building. You will use Close CRM on a 5-line predictive dialer. The moment a prospect picks up, a custom script auto-populates on your screen with the exact, pre-audited errors on their website. Your only job is to pitch, overcome basic objections, and close the deal.

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE:
- 10-Hour Shift / 9 Active Calling Hours (1 Hour Total Break Time)
- Strict 50/10 Cadence (50 minutes calling / 10 minutes break every hour)
- Matching US Business Hours (EST / PST)

COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary: $4.00 – $6.00 / hour (Paid Weekly)
- Direct Cash Bonuses: $10 per Track 3 Care Retainer attached at checkout + Daily Sales Benchmarks

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1+ year of B2B cold calling experience targeting US business owners
- Flawless English with strong vocal authority, speed, and confidence
- Experience with predictive dialers (Close CRM, Five9, Mojo, or similar)
- Dedicated home office, high-speed fiber internet, noise-canceling USB headset
