JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our QA Department and ensure the accuracy and compliance of medical-legal reports for a California-based company. The QA will be responsible for delivering high-quality, error-free final documents. Candidates from top universities in the Philippines are strongly encouraged to apply.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time

Responsibilities:
- Transcribe physician dictations into structured, accurate QME reports.
- Perform thorough quality checks on grammar, formatting, and case details.
- Perform final quality checks for all documents before send-out.
- Cross-reference reports with pre-packet documents to ensure consistency.
- Ensure final reports meet DWC/QME formatting and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with other QA staff, back office, and physicians as needed.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in transcription or quality assurance preferred.
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy.
- Fast learner, comfortable with structured templates.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Team-oriented and accountable.
