JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly responsive, energetic, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator / Lead Management Specialist to join our healthcare team immediately.

The successful candidate must be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, responding quickly to inquiries, and ensuring no lead or patient falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to all inbound website leads and phone inquiries within 1–5 minutes.
* Contact new leads promptly to answer questions, build rapport, and schedule appointments.
* Make outbound calls to reactivate inactive leads and encourage them to resume their care journey.
* Follow up with patients who missed appointments and assist them with rescheduling.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the clinic's CRM and EHR systems.
* Track lead status, communication history, and patient information.
* Guide new patients through the onboarding process, including intake forms, insurance verification, and payment information collection.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for every patient interaction.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, patient coordination, medical reception, appointment setting, sales, or call center environments.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Confident and professional phone presence.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Experience using CRM, EHR, or similar software is preferred.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.
