JOB OVERVIEW

2 Positions Available | Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term

We are looking for 2 more Video Editors who can create videos similar to the sample/reference videos we will provide.

Please only apply if you are confident in your editing skills, can follow instructions, and can commit to the role.

Video sample is a plus, we will reach out asap if you can, and if you have samples.

We are not looking for people who simply claim to be experts. Even if you don't have years of experience, that's okay. What matters to us is that you can deliver quality work, follow instructions, communicate well, and consistently meet deadlines.

COMPENSATION

$700/month fixed rate (non-negotiable)
Paid bi-weekly every 15th and 30th via Wise.

WORK & DELIVERABLES
- 2–3 motion graphic videos per day (Some days will require 2 videos, while other days will require 3 videos)
- All daily deliverables must be completed before 11:00 PM PHT
- You must submit each video as soon as it is finished so we can review it and request revisions if needed
- Briefs and references will be provided
- You must be able to follow our references, instructions, and editing style
- You should also be creative and able to make good editing decisions based on the brief

You should understand:
- Pacing
- Hooks
- Text placement
- Transitions
- Visual effects
- Timing and flow
- Overall visual consistency

SCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday
- There is NO time tracking. (You have the flexibility to manage your own working hours as long as you:
Complete 2–3 videos per day
Consistently meet the daily deadline
Submit videos as soon as they are finished for review
Handle revisions promptly when needed

- Has strong video editing skills
- Can create high-quality motion graphic videos
- Can follow references and instructions accurately
- Can adapt to different editing styles
- Has a strong work ethic

- Is reliable and communicative
- Can consistently meet deadlines
- Is willing to commit to a long-term working relationship

If you already have editing samples, that's a plus.

You don't need to have many years of experience. If you can deliver the quality we need and can commit to the role, we want to hear from you.

PROBATION & LONG-TERM WORK
- The first 2 weeks will be a probation period
- During this period, we will evaluate your work quality, reliability, communication, ability to follow instructions, and overall performance
- If you meet our expectations, we will continue with a long-term working relationship
- We are looking for someone who wants stable, long-term work and wants to grow with our team
