Job Title: Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

Company: Fast-growing AI company (Influencer & Creator Partnerships)

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Lead Generation Virtual Assistants to help us find high-quality, niche-specific influencers and creators for our AI platform.

This is not generic lead scraping. We need people who understand quality over quantity and can follow clear SOPs to deliver qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Research and source 100 qualified influencer leads
Identify creators in specific niches (e.g. AI specialists, personal brand coaches, Facebook ads experts, etc.)
Verify lead quality (not random or generic influencers)
Organize and submit leads using our systems
Communicate clearly and respond quickly via email/WhatsApp

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation or research
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
Fast, reliable communicator (email + WhatsApp)

Comfortable using:

Airtable
Notion
Gmail
Basic research tools
Bonus: Experience sourcing influencers or creators

Work Schedule

Flexible hours
Typical workload: 8–10 hours/day
Saturdays & Sundays off
Focus is on output, not time tracking

KPI: 100 qualified leads

Compensation

$600–$800 USD per month
$800/month for consistently hitting 100 qualified leads
$600/month for lower output
Fixed monthly rate
