Public Records & Research Specialist | Non-Voice | WFH | USD-Paid | No Experience Required

Search Recorder is hiring - and we're not looking for the most impressive resume. We're looking for the right person.

If you're someone who works hard because you have people counting on you, who values stability over hype, and who takes pride in doing a job well even when no one's watching - we want to hear from you.

No experience needed. Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.

==The Role==

You'll research public records, review legal documents, and write accurate reports for US clients. Everything is done remotely. No calls, no commute - just focused, meaningful work from home.

==What We're Looking For==

-Strong work ethic and personal integrity
-Attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
-Good written English communication
-Comfortable with computers, MS Office, and online research
-Open to graveyard shifts and flexible schedules
-Looking for long-term, stable employment - not just a quick gig

No prior experience in this field is required. We will train you. What we can't train is character - and that's what matters most to us.

==Tech Requirements==

=Upon applying:

-PC or laptop (Intel Core i5 or equivalent, minimum 8GB RAM)
-Webcam and headset
-Stable internet connection - minimum 30 Mbps
-Printer access (required for one stage of the hiring process)

=Within 1 month of being hired:

-Upgrade to 16GB RAM or more
-Secure a backup internet connection

=Within 3 months of being hired (before regularization):

-Secure a backup device
-Secure a powerstation or UPS for power outages

==Compensation and Benefits==

-Starting at $600/month
-Fixed weekends off
-Paid training

=Upon regularization:

-Incentives and allowances
-13th month pay
-Paid leaves and holiday pay

-Equipment provision (performance-based)

=A note on scheduling:
This is a full-time role with fixed weekends off - but like any real job, there will be times when the work volume calls for extra hands. During peak seasons (particularly toward the end of the year), overtime and rest day work may be needed. All OT and rest day work is compensated in accordance with your contract. We don't ask for more than what's fair, and we always make sure it's worth your time.
