The Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours/week) | PST Timezone.
Rotating shifts including weekends (Business-critical coverage).
Your Core Responsibilities:
Command & Control: Oversee guest reservations, handle complex Airbnb resolutions, and manage security monitoring (CCTV). You are our first line of defense and the final word in guest satisfaction.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the "ripple effect" of turnovers. You will schedule cleaners, verify quality via photo audits, and coordinate specialized vendors (contractors, handymen) directly.
Asset Optimization: Maintain listing integrity across platforms, conduct due diligence research, and execute special administrative projects with 100% accuracy.
What We Require (The High-Standard Filter):
Critical Thinking: You must be able to de-escalate "urgent" maintenance or guest issues using logic and a "High D" approach—firm, fair, and fast.
Technical Proficiency: 2–4+ years in Airbnb/STR Management is mandatory. You must be comfortable with Time Doctor and AI-driven workflows.
The Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet environment, and a dual-monitor setup for maximum multitasking efficiency.
Education: College Degree required.
Compensation & Growth:
Starting Rate: $5/hour (Negotiable based on proven expertise in property operations).
