We’re a growing California real estate team looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant VA to help organize our business systems and support light marketing/design tasks.
This is a long-term role for someone who can work independently, learn fast, and help us stay organized as we scale
Main Responsibilities:
Admin + Business Systems
Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and organized data lists
Organize documents and folders in Google Drive
Keep business data accurate, clean, and easy to reference
Help improve systems and document simple SOPs
Support setup tasks for a new website and CRM
Canva + Marketing Support:
Create marketing materials in Canva (guides, templates, handouts, tools)
Support brand consistency (clean layout, formatting, attention to detail)
Assist with
Communication Support:
Occasional outreach to gather info from builders/vendors
Light scheduling support as needed (not heavy sales calling)
Requirements:
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Dependable and proactive (self-managed)
Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
Comfortable using Canva
Nice to Have (Bonus):
Executive Assistant or VA experience
Business or marketing background
CRM or website tools experience
Familiar with ChatGPT or Google Gemini
Basic knowledge of Meta and YouTube content
Pay
$6–$8/hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses available
