THE ROLE: You are the Client Success Manager and primary point of contact for our clients after they book with us. You will manage the HoneyBook pipeline, ensuring contracts, payments, and vendor coordination move flawlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HoneyBook Pipeline Management: post booking/retainer payment-to-Post-Event oversight.
Contract & Invoice Auditing: 100% accuracy on security deposits.
Workflow Automation: Managing HoneyBook Smart Files and Workflows.
Vendor Sync: Coordinating Valet and Bartending vendors via Google Sheets.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving administrative friction before it hits management's desk.
