JOB OVERVIEW

We are urgently hiring a reliable and highly responsive Virtual Assistant / Operations Manager to support the daily operations of a growing U.S.-based sales organization.

This role is best for someone who is organized, professional, fast to respond, and comfortable being available throughout the entire shift. You will help manage communication between field sales representatives, appointment setters, and management.

Schedule

6 days per week
10:30 AM – 8:30 PM PST

Pay

$60 USD per week

Main Responsibilities
Be on call and available during the full scheduled shift
Answer calls from appointment setters working in the field
Follow scripts and collect appointment information
Verify homeowner details and enter information into our system
Assist with scheduling appointments
Help with team communication throughout the day
Respond to questions from field reps and provide basic support
Assist with hiring tasks, including messaging applicants and scheduling interviews
Help with onboarding new tea ---------- mbers
Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and CRM records
Send reminders, updates, and announcements to the team
Report daily activity and important updates to management
Requirements
Strong English communication skills
Good microphone required
Stable, reliable internet connection required
Quiet work environment
Working computer or laptop
Comfortable answering calls and staying available during the full shift
Organized and detail-oriented
Fast response time
Comfortable using Google Sheets, email, and messaging apps
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience
Virtual Assistant experience
Customer support or call handling experience
Recruiting or onboarding experience
Sales support or appointment-setting experience
CRM or spreadsheet experience
