JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly creative UI/UX & Multimedia Designer to support our product, marketing, and development teams across the 4XC ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a Figma expert with a strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles, capable of transforming concepts into clean, intuitive, and production-ready designs.

You will work closely with product managers and developers to design web applications, landing pages, dashboards, user flows, and marketing assets.

We are looking for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with an AI-first mindset, using modern AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, animations, and visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create modern UI/UX designs, prototypes, and user flows in Figma
• Support developers with clear design systems, components, and handoff documentation
• Design landing pages, marketing creatives, social media assets, and promotional materials
• Create illustrations, graphics, animations, and visual concepts using AI-assisted workflows
• Produce and edit video content for marketing, tutorials, and product announcements
• Create 3D visuals, product animations, and interactive concepts when needed
• Maintain visual consistency across all 4XC products and brands
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to quickly turn ideas into reality

Required Skills

• Expert-level Figma skills
• Strong UI/UX design portfolio for web and mobile applications
• Graphic design and visual branding experience
• Experience with AI design tools for rapid concept creation and productivity
• Understanding of responsive design and developer handoff workflows
• Ability to create clean, modern, premium-looking interfaces
• Fast execution mindset with attention to detail

Additional Skills (Strong Advantage)

• Video editing and motion graphics
• 3D design and visualization
• Animation and interactive design
• Experience creating SaaS, fintech, Web3, gaming, or trading-related products
• Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Spline, Dreamina, Seedance 2.0, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Midjourney, Runway, or similar AI creative platforms
