UI/UX Mobile Designer

Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Mobile Designer to lead the design and user experience of our mobile application. This role will play a key part in shaping intuitive, user-centered designs throughout various stages of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Design engaging, user-friendly mobile interfaces with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics
* Oversee the overall design and user experience of the app across different product cycles, from concept to iteration
* Collaborate closely with software engineers and the Product Lead to create effective and testable screen designs
* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications
* Participate in and support A/B testing by designing alternative user flows and screen variations
* Ensure consistency in design systems, patterns, and branding across the app
* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, especially within iOS design guidelines
* Redesign layouts for better usability and clarity
* Work alongside the Product Lead and engineering team to align design with business and technical goals
* Provide guidance and train the current Product Lead in UI/UX best practices and principles
