JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to help design and improve the user experience of our digital platform, Bookiestats

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile experiences. You'll work closely with our development team to turn ideas and requirements into polished designs that are easy to use and visually engaging.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys working on data-driven products, dashboards, mobile apps, and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
Translate product requirements into clear and effective user experiences
Design dashboards, data displays, navigation systems, and interactive features
Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback and product requirements
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Create responsive designs for different screen sizes and devices
Identify usability issues and recommend improvements
Maintain consistency across the overall Kelshi product experience

Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or mobile design work
Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
Excellent visual design and attention to detail
Experience with Figma or similar design tools
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
Ability to create clear wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have
Experience designing mobile applications
Experience designing dashboards or data-heavy platforms
Experience working with developers and understanding technical limitations
Experience creating and maintaining design systems
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Experience with SaaS, sports, analytics, fintech, or other data-driven products
Experience conducting user research or usability testing

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can combine strong visual design with practical UX thinking.

You should be someone who doesn't just make screens look good, but thinks about how users navigate the product, what information they need, and how to make the overall experience as simple and intuitive as possible.

You should also be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, taking feedback, and collaborating directly with developers and the product team.
