UI/UX Designer - Remote - $1,200-1,800/month
We're one of the top Shopify agencies working with some of the biggest ecommerce brands. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and own the visual and UX side of what we deliver, from full store redesigns to high-converting CRO experiments.
You'll work closely with our CRO strategists, developers, and QA manager to translate strategy into designs that are both sharp and buildable.
What you'll do
- Design high-converting Shopify experiences: homepages, PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, and full theme redesigns
- Create A/B test variants and CRO-focused design concepts backed by clear UX rationale
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma
- Deliver production-ready specs — annotated, organized, and ready for dev handoff without back-and-forth
- Work across multiple client projects simultaneously without letting quality slip
What we need
- A great eye for design. You have taste and can create aesthetically pleasing websites.
- Deep understanding of user experience, how people navigate a website, and the story that it tells.
- Strong Figma skills, being able to work with design systems, components, auto layouts, and maintaining a clean file.
- A-player mentality: You deliver ready-to-go files on time, free from errors, and with clear instructions for developers, and you take feedback seriously.
- Comfortable with AI: You are familiar with leveraging AI to speed up your design workflow, without replacing your own judgment.
- Strong written English: You'll be in Slack with the team, receive significant guidance on strategy, and be the first person to write the copywriting drafts (assisted).
Nice to have
- Experience designing specifically for CRO: You understand why a layout converts, not just how it looks
- Familiarity with Intelligems or other A/B testing platforms
- UX copywriting or an eye for how copy and design interact
- Experience working inside an agency with multiple concurrent clients
What's in it for you
- Remote and async-friendly environment, as long as there's real overlap during daytime hours
- Fair USD salary, clear KPIs, and a genuine path to grow into a senior designer or account manager role
- You'll work with top ecommerce brands alongside an experienced CRO team, learning to design not just for aesthetics, but for measurable revenue impact
- You own your work. We give you the strategy; you drive it to the finish line
Don't apply if you need constant creative direction, you treat dev handoff as someone else's problem, or you go quiet when something slips.
How to apply

1. A brief intro — your background in design and what kind of work you've been doing most recently
2. 2–3 portfolio pieces you're proud of, with context: what was the brief, what decisions did you make, and what was the outcome? Ecommerce or Shopify work is a strong plus
3. One example of a design system or component library you built or contributed to — even a screenshot with an explanation is fine
4. Proof of track record — OnlineJobs.ph profile and reviews, LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, or written references. The more verifiable, the better
