GiveSendGo is the #1 free Christian crowdfunding platform, serving hundreds of thousands of campaigns and processing millions in donations worldwide. We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to serve two departments — Web Development and Marketing — bringing design excellence across every visual touchpoint of the GiveSendGo brand.
This is a design-first role. Your primary job is to create beautiful, intuitive visual experiences — from product screens and user flows to marketing campaigns and brand assets. Front-end development experience (Vue/Nuxt, HTML/CSS) is a plus but not required.
## Responsibilities
- Product Design (Web Development):
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements across the GiveSendGo platform.
- Own and evolve the product design system — components, typography, color, spacing, and interaction patterns.
- Design responsive layouts that work beautifully across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Conduct UX reviews of existing flows (campaign creation, donation checkout, admin dashboards) and propose improvements backed by usability principles.
- Collaborate with engineers and product leadership to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Create UI assets, icons, and visual elements as needed for product development.
- Marketing Design:
- Design landing pages for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Create social media ad graphics and assets across platforms

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Adapt designs for various formats and dimensions as needed by the marketing team.
## Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both product/application design and marketing/brand design.
- Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool).
- Strong graphic design skills — layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing responsive web interfaces.

- Understanding of design systems and component-based design.
- Ability to work independently across Philippine business hours with overlap into US Eastern time for team collaboration.
- Strong written English communication skills.
## Optional Skills & Experience
- Front-end development skills (Vue.js, HTML/CSS, Tailwind).
- Experience with Nuxt.js (SSR/SSG) or Laravel-based environments.
