JOB OVERVIEW

Do you enjoy creating designs that are clear, functional and polished where every detail matters?

We’re looking for a Designer with strong UI/UX and QA skills to join a fast-growing digital growth consultancy working with medical consultants across the UK, UAE and globally. If you care about building thoughtful, user-focused designs and maintaining high standards at every step, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Your work will span design, collaboration and QA.

Design & Creative Execution
Develop clear, engaging, and user-focused website designs, landing pages and sub-pages in Figma
Produce wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and style guides aligned with client branding
Turn client briefs and concepts into visual solutions that communicate hierarchy, clarity and style
Ensure accessibility and UX best practices are followed across all designs

Design QA & Launch Prep
Review live websites against Figma designs for layout, typography, colors, spacing and responsiveness
Identify discrepancies, missing assets or UX issues and coordinate corrections with developers
Ensure consistent visual quality across browsers and devices
Maintain precision in design-to-development handoffs

Collaboration & System Management
Work closely with Client Success Managers, Developers, SEO and Content teams
Provide detailed handovers, annotations and specifications for smooth implementation
Maintain and expand the Allied Health Media Design System
Support internal branding and marketing materials as needed

Continuous Improvement
Keep up with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards and new Figma features or plugins
Suggest ways to improve design quality, efficiency and team processes

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of professional UI/UX or web design experience
Expert in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus)
Strong knowledge of user-center design and responsive layouts
Excellent eye for typography, spacing, color and visual balance
Experienced in QA review of live websites
Great communication skills, proactive attitude and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines reliably
