JOB OVERVIEW

We have Figma designs ready and need someone to bring them to life through animation. You'll turn static screens into polished, smooth UI animations for our product - and keep building as we grow.

WHAT YOU"LL DO:
• Animate Figma designs into smooth, production-ready UI animations
• Create animations using Rive, Lottie / After Effects, or Principle - whichever gets the best result
• Work closely with our team to match the design intent and feel
• Deliver animation files that are clean and easy to hand off to developers
• Take on more work as the product grows - this is ongoing

REQUIREMENTS:
• Solid experience with Rive, Lottie (After Effects), or Principle — at least one, ideally more
• Comfortable working directly from Figma files
• Good eye for timing, easing, and motion that feels natural
• Can take feedback and communicate clearly
• Available during Australian work hours (AEST)
• Reliable and responsive - we move fast

ENGAGEMENT TYPE:
• Project-based to start, with the intention to grow into ongoing work as development continues. Volume will increase over time.
