JOB OVERVIEW

You will build, activate and help me set up automated outreach to lists you build of ultra-wealthy individuals worldwide, with focus on USA, Dubai, Singapore and Australia.

Your job is simple.
Find the right people.
Reach them in a respectful, discreet way.
Start qualified conversations to get them on a phone with me or my partner.

This role supports the private marketing of a world-first residential ship PEGASUS.

What you will do:

Build verified lists of ultra-high-net-worth individuals

Focus on global wealth hubs

Use Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools

Identify owners, founders, family office principals, and investors

Enrich data with correct emails and LinkedIn profiles

Set up and manage cold outreach systems

Send email and LinkedIn messages that feel private, not promotional

Track replies, interest, and warm leads

Maintain clean data and tagging systems

Tools you should already know

Apollo or similar data platforms

Instantly or other cold email systems

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

CRM hygiene and tagging

AI tools for research or personalization

You are a fit if:

You have built wealthy or executive lists before

You know how to avoid spam and junk folders

You understand tone when contacting high-level individuals

You think in systems, not manual work

You respect discretion and privacy

You know how to use Instantly ot Appollo or similar tools. I'm open to suggestions.

You are not afraid to give me you outreach ideas.

Not a fit if:

You don't communicate clear and FAST!

You need training on basic tools

Hours

Full-time for 2 weeks.
If you prove yourself in that time it will be a Full-Time ongoing role.

Long-term role for the right person.
