JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Madam Muse: A DTC lingerie brand running paid ads on Meta.

We’re hiring someone to help us brief UGC creators, reuse existing assets, and produce ads that convert.

!!! This is a performance role, not influencer management or organic socia !!!

What you’ll do:

* Write clear UGC briefs (talking head, try-on, POV)

* Create new ad variations from existing assets

* Develop hooks and angles for Meta ads

* Help test and iterate creatives weekly

* Use performance feedback to improve future ads

Who this is for:

* You understand how Meta ads work

* You know what makes UGC convert

* You’re comfortable working with lingerie and talking about fit, comfort, and confidence

* You think in tests, not just “content”

* This is not a fit if you only do influencer outreach, organic social, or brand content.

Pay:

* $1,000/month base

* Performance-based bonuses after the first month

* Long-term role for the right person

APPLY WITH:

* A short summary of your experience with paid ads

* Examples of ads you’ve worked on that performed well (links, screenshots, or a brief explanation of results)
