JOB OVERVIEW

As UGC Outreach Manager, you'll own the top of funnel for our creator-side product. You'll identify, contact, and activate UGC creators and organic content creators who are the exact users Spyglass is built for. This is a hands-on, metrics-driven role that sits at the intersection of growth, partnerships, and community building. You're not just sending DMs — you're building the flywheel that turns creators into paying users and paying users into advocates.
