JOB OVERVIEW

Urgent – UGC Operations Virtual Assistant (SideShift Experience Required)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to manage our UGC creator campaigns directly on SideShift.

Important: Prior hands-on experience using SideShift is strictly mandatory. Candidates without direct platform experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Management: Vet inbound creator applications, send invites, coordinate briefs, and handle daily creator communications within SideShift.

Content Oversight: Track submission deadlines, verify creator drafts, and confirm organic/paid post schedules across TikTok, Instagram Reels, FB and YouTube Shorts.

Payouts & Approvals: Review deliverables against briefs and manage timely milestone approvals and one-click payouts through the platform wallet.

Campaign Tracking: Monitor delivery status, flag delays or performance bottlenecks, and maintain updated tracking sheets.

Requirements
Proven SideShift experience: You already know how to navigate the SideShift dashboard, creator marketplace, brief workflows, and payment system.
Must be available to work reliably during standard US business hours.
Strong written English communication skills and fast response times.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and solve problems quickly.
