JOB OVERVIEW

We're a London-based Shopify ecommerce growth agency with a growing team in the Philippines, looking for a UGC & Influencer Manager to own the entire creator pipeline across multiple client brands.

Performance creative is one of our core services. The best-performing ads right now aren't polished studio shoots, they're authentic creator content that feels native to the platform. Your job is to build and manage the system that produces that content at scale: finding the right creators, negotiating deals, writing briefs, managing deliverables, and making sure we always have a pipeline of fresh content feeding into our paid campaigns.

You'll work closely with our Paid Social Manager (who runs the campaigns), our Social Media & Video Content Manager (who handles organic and editing), and our Web Developer (who builds the landing pages the content drives to).

What You'll Be Doing:

Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management:
- Sourcing and vetting UGC creators and micro-influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Building and maintaining a creator database in Notion with rates, niches, content style, and past performance
- Negotiating rates and managing contracts with creators
- Building long-term relationships with top-performing creators for repeat collaborations
- Managing creator communications, timelines, and content approvals
- Sourcing creators that match each client's brand, audience, and price point

Content Strategy & Brief Writing:
- Writing detailed creative briefs with hooks, scripts, talking points, and visual direction
- Developing content strategies aligned with each client's paid social and organic goals
- Planning content calendars for creator deliverables across multiple brands
- Researching trending formats, hooks, and styles across TikTok and Instagram
- A/B testing different creator styles, formats, and hooks to identify what converts
- Analysing creator content performance alongside the Paid Social Manager and feeding insights back into future briefs

Influencer Campaigns:
- Planning and executing influencer seeding campaigns (gifted product)
- Managing paid influencer partnerships and sponsored content
- Coordinating product shipments and tracking to creators
- Monitoring influencer post performance and calculating ROI
- Managing affiliate and commission-based creator relationships where applicable
- Tracking usage rights, exclusivity windows, and content licensing

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years experience managing UGC creators or influencer campaigns (case studies required)
- Proven track record of sourcing creators that produce content driving real sales, not just views
- Strong brief writing ability, you can translate a brand's voice into a clear creator script
- Excellent negotiation skills, comfortable managing rates and contracts
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships across multiple brands simultaneously
- Understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok and Instagram from a paid perspective
- Data-driven, you track what content converts and use that to inform future briefs
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Strong English communication (written)
- Available to work UK business hours (9am-5pm GMT)

Tools You Should Be Familiar With:

Required:
- TikTok Creator Marketplace
- Instagram (creator outreach, DMs, brand collaborations)
- Notion (creator databases, content calendars, brief templates)
- Google Sheets / Excel (tracking, reporting)
- Claude (Anthropic) or similar AI tools for brief writing, research, and analysis
- Canva (mood boards, visual briefs)

Desirable:
- Influencer platforms (Insense, Collabstr, Grin, CreatorIQ, or similar)
- Meta Ads Manager (understanding how UGC performs in paid campaigns)
- TikTok Ads Manager (understanding Spark Ads and creator whitelisting)
- Shopify (understanding product pages and landing pages)
- Loom (async communication)
- Google AI Studio / Gemini
- Affiliate platforms (GoAffPro, Refersion, or similar)
- Basic video editing (CapCut) for rough cuts and feedback

WAGE/SALARY: PHP 40,000 - 70,000/mo (depending on experience)

We're a lean, fast-moving agency that works with premium ecommerce brands across the UK. We have a growing team in the Philippines covering web dev, paid ads, retention, SEO, social media, and project management. Performance creative is a core part of our offering and UGC is central to how we scale our clients' paid channels. You'll be the person who makes sure we never run out of high-quality creator content.
