JOB OVERVIEW

We're Strum, a premium DTC supplement brand. We're hiring a UGC & Influencer Coordinator to run the logistics of our creator content — sourcing influencers, coordinating UGC creators, managing product seeding, and getting everything to our editor and out the door.
This is a coordination-and-production role, NOT an editing or media-buying role. You will NOT edit the final videos (we have a separate editor) and you will NOT have access to our Meta ad account. Please don't apply if you're looking to edit, buy media, or run accounts.
What you'll do, week to week:
Influencers & nano-influencers:

Find nano- and larger influencers and vet them for brand fit.
Reach out using our scripted outreach to pitch a product-for-post exchange, including our right to use their video. (When we want to run their video as a paid ad, we'll send over a contract — you flag those and coordinate the handoff.)
In some cases, negotiate paid rates with influencers.
Track all outreach, replies, and agreements in a Google Sheet.

UGC creators:

Coordinate with the UGC creators we've selected — onboard them and share the brief we provide (script + hooks).
Collect the B-roll from creators and keep it moving quickly so nothing stalls.

Across both:

Manage product seeding: for every product sent, log that it went out and to whom, and make sure it arrives in time to film/post.
Hand off all collected footage to our editor — labeled and ready to cut.
Work day-to-day in Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail for outreach, Sheets for tracking).

You're a fit if you:

Are highly organized and reliable — this role lives and dies on follow-through.
Are comfortable doing outreach and light negotiation with creators.
Communicate clearly and proactively in English over Slack and email.
Can juggle many creators, conversations, and shipments at once without things slipping.
