ABOUT MOODSEARCH

Moodsearch is a free iPhone app that helps people speak or type about what is happening in their lives and notice recurring patterns using an existing therapist-reviewed pattern library. We are hiring 10 part-time creators for a focused 30-day growth sprint.

THE ROLE

This combines original UGC creation with thoughtful social discovery. You will make relatable short-form videos, find public TikTok and Instagram conversations where Moodsearch naturally fits, and draft contextual replies for review. This is not a mass-commenting, fake-engagement, or spam role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Create two approved original vertical videos from briefs supplied by Moodsearch, plus alternate hooks in your own voice and style.
2. Each week, find 15-20 qualified public TikTok or Instagram posts/comments and draft a specific, contextual response for each.
3. Log source URLs, relevance, safety checks, and proposed responses in our shared tracker.
4. Deliver captioned review cuts, clean exports, raw clips, captions, CTA options, and one reasonable revision.
5. Publish campaign content or promotional comments only when approved and properly disclosed. No bots, fabricated accounts, copied replies, purchased engagement, private-data collection, or campaign DMs.

CONTENT TERRITORIES

We will explore self-reflection, wellness, journaling, and personal growth, plus dating, relationships, lifestyle, humor, internet culture, fashion/beauty storytelling, friendship, ambition, work, and modern adulthood.

WHO WILL DO WELL

- 18+ with excellent written English and a natural sense of online tone.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and telling specific, relatable stories.
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram culture.
- Thoughtful around privacy, sensitive conversations, and non-clinical language.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, open to feedback, and able to follow an approval process.

REQUIRED

- A compatible iPhone and willingness to genuinely test Moodsearch using privacy-safe or creator-owned scenarios.
- Three relevant vertical-video samples or a real public creator portfolio.
- Light editing ability and clean file organization.
- Approximately 8 flexible hours per week, with some U.S. Eastern Time overlap.
- Short asynchronous updates on active workdays plus scheduled kickoff and focused QA calls.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Moodsearch provides creative briefs, training, search guidance, scoring rubrics, response examples, safety rules, a shared tracker, and direct feedback. Strong performers may be considered for future paid creative work.

PAY

$250 USD fixed for the defined 30-day project package, plus possible eligibility for a capped quality/install-performance bonus. This is not commission-only compensation, and fixed pay is not dependent on views, likes, comments, or installs.

The first assignment is a paid onboarding milestone included in the package. Payment timing: half after onboarding, assignment acceptance, and rights confirmation; the remaining half after accepted final delivery.
