JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to help build and manage a consistent pipeline of UGC creators for fast-scaling e-commerce brands. Your only focus is sourcing, filtering, and organizing creators. No editing. No posting. No outreach closing.

This role supports a proven creative snowball strategy used by 7 and 8-figure brands.

Responsibilities

Find UGC creators daily using:

Facebook groups

Instagram

TikTok

X (Twitter)

LinkedIn

UGC platforms like Incense and similar

Build and maintain a clean creator list

Filter creators based on:

Hair type

Skin tone

Body type

On-camera confidence

Jewelry or lifestyle experience

Organize creators in Google Sheets or Notion

Follow clear sourcing criteria and instructions

Requirements

Experience as a VA or UGC sourcing assistant preferred

Familiar with social media platforms

Strong attention to detail

Able to follow systems and repeat tasks consistently

Reliable internet and availability

English reading and writing proficiency

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience working with e-commerce or ad agencies

Familiarity with UGC content or influencer research
