JOB OVERVIEW

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Specialist (Remote, Flexible Hours)

About the Role:

We are a US-based digital marketing agency running organic TikTok growth campaigns for brands. We produce the content, and our network of creators posts it on brand new TikTok accounts.

We are expanding our creator network in the Philippines and looking for motivated individuals to help us find, recruit, and onboard new creators.

What You’ll Do:

- Find Filipino people who are interested in content creation through Facebook groups, Reddit, ---------- , TikTok, university communities, and freelancer networks.

- Send outreach messages using our templates while adapting them to sound natural and personal.

- Answer questions from interested creators and guide them to our application and onboarding process.

- Track your outreach activity and report how many application forms you send out daily.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.

- Comfortable reaching out to people online and initiating conversations.

- Self-motivated, organized, consistent, and coachable.

- Able to follow specific instructions while meeting daily performance goals.

- Comfortable with repetitive outreach and performance-based compensation.

- Must have a valid PayPal account to receive payments.

Schedule & Compensation:

- Flexible schedule: Work at times that suit you, but daily activity is required.

- Base pay: $5 per month.

- Performance pay: Earn additional money for every creator who joins the platform and successfully completes onboarding.

30-Day Earnings Ladder:

- 1–50 completed hires: $1 per hire

- 51–100 completed hires: $2 per hire

- 101+ completed hires: $3 per hire

Your progress resets every 30 days, beginning a new earnings cycle. Payments are made at the end of each 30-day campaign through PayPal.

The more creators you successfully recruit and onboard, the more you can earn.

Growth Opportunities:

Strong performers may have the opportunity to advance into Recruitment Manager or Client Manager positions within our agency.
