JOB OVERVIEW

We make ATC ( ---------- ) — a US app for listening to live air traffic control with real-time maps and AI transcripts. Our clips (pilot emergencies, funny tower exchanges) regularly go viral on TikTok. We need one person to help scale this.

What you'll do:
Creator outreach (~half your time): Find TikTok/IG creators in aviation, travel, and plane-spotting niches. DM them with a short pitch to collab with our app (we provide the pitch templates). Track every conversation in a spreadsheet, follow up, and hand warm replies to us. Goal: 20+ quality DMs/day, tracked and organized.

Video editing (~half your time): Cut screen recordings from our app into short vertical clips and compilations (CapCut or Premiere). Add captions and hooks using our existing template system — most of the formatting is automated, you handle selection and finishing.

Requirements:
Excellent written English — your DMs represent our brand to creators
TikTok-native: you understand hooks, trends, and what makes a clip work
Portfolio of short-form edits (9:16)
Extremely organized — you'll run a tracker with hundreds of conversations
Interest in aviation is a big plus (tell us if you have it!)
