JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and organized virtual assistant to help manage our UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator Program and build out our influencer/affiliate system for our fast-growing Hello Kitty–themed ecommerce brand. 336k+ Followers.

You’ll be in charge of finding the right creators, reaching out with templates, managing communications, tracking content submissions, and reporting on performance.

This is a long-term part-time role with room for growth. You’ll be helping our brand scale to the next level!

Responsibilities:

Research and identify aesthetic Sanrio/kawaii-style creators on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (ideally 5k–100k followers)

Send DM/email outreach using provided templates

Manage follow-ups and creator communications

Track creator onboarding (Google Sheet or Notion tracker)

Share affiliate codes and product links

Monitor video submissions and note performance

Track affiliate clicks, sales, and payouts

Report weekly results and suggest high-performing creators

Requirements:

Fluent in English (written and conversational)

Organized, detail-oriented, and good with follow-up

Familiar with Instagram/TikTok navigation and creator research

Ability to follow SOPs and suggest improvements

Bonus if you have experience with:

UGC campaigns

Influencer outreach

Affiliate tracking platforms (GoAffPro, Shopify Collabs, etc.)

Working Hours:

Flexible — work on your own time

Expected workload: 5–10 hours/week

Must be responsive within 24 hours

Weekly Pay: $25/week
