JOB OVERVIEW

UGC & Creator Community Manager (Paid Social Focus)

We’re an emerging food brand scaling rapidly in e-commerce and paid media, and we’re looking for a highly organized, performance-minded UGC & Creator Community Manager to help us source, manage, and scale creator content that drives results on META (Facebook & Instagram).

This role is not just influencer outreach. You’ll be deeply involved in creative strategy, performance feedback, and creator education, helping guide UGC creators toward what actually converts.

You’ll work closely with our Founder, Creative Strategist, Performance Team, and Video Editors to build a repeatable UGC engine that fuels high-performing ads.

We move fast — but we do not cut corners.

What You’ll Do
UGC Sourcing & Creator Management

• Source UGC creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, creator databases, inbound applications)
• Build and manage ongoing creator relationships (not one-off transactions)
• Recruit creators aligned with our brand voice, values, and product positioning
• Handle outreach, onboarding, briefs, timelines, and follow-ups
• Maintain a strong creator pipeline at all times

Creative Strategy & Performance Guidance

• Understand what performs on META (hooks, pacing, structure, angles)
• Educate creators on what converts vs. what doesn’t
• Review submitted content and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Collaborate with the creative and performance teams to iterate based on ad performance
• Help creators reshoot or adjust content when needed to improve results

Community & Workflow Management

• Manage creator communication with clarity and professionalism
• Track deliverables, usage rights, deadlines, and revisions
• Ensure creators follow briefs precisely (talking points, angles, claims)
• Maintain organized records of creators, content, and performance notes
• Help scale content output without sacrificing quality

Quality Standards (Very Important)

We care deeply about clarity, execution, and accountability.

You are expected to:
• Double-check briefs before sending to creators
• Ensure creators understand messaging and expectations
• Catch misalignment early (wrong angle, tone, or claims)
• Provide thoughtful, specific feedback — not vague notes
• Prevent easily avoidable mistakes before content reaches editors

Repeated carelessness, poor communication, or unclear direction is not acceptable.

Speed matters — but quality and alignment always come first.

Work Style & Expectations

• Full-time role: 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday
• Must be available during one of these U.S. work hour blocks:
• 9am–5pm EST
• 4am–12pm EST
• Must be highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators at once
• Must follow direction closely and execute feedback fully
• Must communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively

This role is closely reviewed and is integral to our paid media growth.

Tools & Experience
Required

• Experience managing or sourcing UGC for paid social ads
• Strong understanding of META ad performance fundamentals
• Excellent written communication skills (English fluency required)
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Bonus (Not Required)

• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience working with video editors or creative teams
• ClickUp, Slack, creator platforms
• Performance marketing or agency background

Collaboration & Communication

• Slack for daily communication
• ClickUp for task and workflow management
• Work closely with:
• Founder
• Performance Team
• Creative Strategist
• Video Editors
• Designers

You will be a key connector between creators and our internal team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Performance-first mindset
• Clear communicator and relationship builder
• Organized, proactive, and accountable
• Someone who genuinely cares about quality, growth, and craft

This is a long-term, growth-oriented role — not a short-term gig.

How to Apply

Please reply with:
• Your experience sourcing or managing UGC creators
• Any experience with paid social or performance-driven content
• Examples of UGC campaigns or creators you’ve managed (if available)
• A brief explanation of how you help creators improve performance

We’re excited to add someone exceptional to our team who values quality, accountability, and results as much as we do.

Thank you — we look forward to hearing from you.
