REAL MAD HONEY — UGC Content Manager

Real Mad Honey is a premium DTC brand selling wild Himalayan mad honey, sourced by hand at 3,500+ meters and third-party tested for purity. We've served 50,000+ customers and we're growing fast.
RESPONSIBILITIES
UGC Production
- Source creators that fit the brand across Backstage, Upwork, Fiverr, X, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Run casting calls, handle outreach, negotiate rates, and process agreements.
- Guide creators through shoots remotely as the point of contact for the entire production. Think of yourself as a Creative Director.
- Review incoming footage for quality and brief compliance before it goes to the editor.
- Manage timelines and keep production moving without things needing to be chased.
Barter Collaborations
- Identify creators suited for barter arrangements where we ship the honey in exchange for organic content.
- Own the full barter process from outreach to content collection.
- Track the impact of the barter collaborations.
Paid Influencer Partnerships (TikTok and Instagram)
- Find creators with the right audience fit, engagement quality, and content style for paid collabs.
- Handle all creator communications from first contact through final delivery.
- Share briefs prepared by the Creative Strategist and make sure creators understand and execute them correctly.
- Negotiate rates, track deliverables, and flag anything that's going off track.
Supporting the Team
- Help the Social Media Manager source creators when needed.
- Stay aligned with weekly campaign priorities from the Creative Strategy team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on experience with UGC sourcing or creator management, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce context.
- Comfortable working across Backstage, Upwork, Fiverr, X, TikTok, and Instagram to find the right talent.
- Experience supporting paid ads teams and understanding how UGC feeds into performance creative.
- Strong eye for content quality — you can tell what will perform and what won't.
- Excellent written English for outreach, negotiations, and creator briefs.
- Organized across multiple timelines, multiple creators, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Notion, and Trello or similar tools.
- Video editing or graphic design experience is a plus.

- Straight to the point communicator. No long confusing instructions. You know how to brief a creator clearly, build a real working relationship with them, and keep things moving without hand-holding.
- Proactive. You don't wait to be told. If something needs doing, you do it.

- Constructive with feedback. You can take direction, apply it, and improve without making it personal.

- Strong negotiator. You know how to get good rates without burning creator relationships.
- This must be your only job. Full commitment, full presence.
