JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced, self-sufficient content creator to join our growing e-commerce brand.

This is not a basic VA role.
You must be confident creating content independently, bringing ideas, and executing without constant direction.

Your focus will be:

- Creating UGC-style videos for Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads
- Producing high-quality, natural-looking content (not overly “AI-generated”)
- Designing simple supporting graphics (Canva)
- Scheduling and managing posts across social platforms

You will NOT be responsible for customer service or inbox management.

Responsibilities

- Create short-form video content (Reels, AI UGC, Ad creatives)
- Develop hooks, concepts, and angles for products
- Use AI tools (Higgsfield, CapCut, etc.) to enhance content
- Create simple branded graphics for posts
- Schedule and manage content (Meta)
- Repurpose content for ads and organic growth

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in AI UGC or short-form video content
- Strong understanding of hooks, trends, and viral formats
- Ability to work independently and bring ideas
- Experience with AI tools + video editing apps
- Experience with Ad graphics
- Strong attention to detail (lighting, realism, product presentation)
- Reliable, fast, and communicates clearly
- Experience with home decor niche considered a bonus

This is NOT for beginners or general VAs.

REQUIRED TEST TASK (Must complete to be considered)

Please submit:

2 short-form video ideas for a home decor product
Include:

- Hook
- Concept
- How the video would look/feel

(Optional bonus: create 1 sample video from my catalogue [ ---------- ] if you want to stand out)

$6 USD/hour

10-15 hours per week (flexible)
