We’re Live Bearded - a fast-growing men’s grooming brand built on brotherhood, community, and high standards.
We’re looking for someone to own the systems and execution behind our ambassador and UGC program.
Our Social Media Manager focuses on finding and warming up creators.
Your role is to make sure everything actually happens—consistently, efficiently, and at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
You will turn creator relationships into a reliable, high-output UGC engine.
- Manage onboarding of new ambassadors/creators
- Coordinate product seeding and delivery
- Track all creator activity (who posts, when, and what)
- Build and manage systems (Google Sheets, trackers, SOPs, workflows)
- Ensure consistent weekly UGC output (no gaps, no missed follow-ups)
- Handle ongoing communication and follow-ups with creators
- Identify drop-offs and re-engage or replace creators
- Report weekly on:
- Active ambassadors
- Content produced
- Gaps and opportunities
You will work closely with our Social Media Manager—but your role is to drive execution, organization, and consistency.

- Every ambassador is tracked, organized, and accounted for
- Consistent weekly UGC output (no more inconsistency)
- Clear systems in place (no guesswork, no chaos)
- Follow-ups happen automatically—nothing falls through the cracks
- We always know:
- Who is active
- Who is posting
- Who needs follow-up
WHO THIS IS FOR
- You’ve supported or managed UGC, influencer, or ambassador programs
- You are highly organized and process-driven
- You naturally build systems when things are messy
- You follow up relentlessly and don’t let things slip
- You take ownership of outcomes—not just tasks
- You’re comfortable working behind the scenes to make others successful
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
- You only want creative or strategy work
- You don’t enjoy tracking, systems, or organization
- You wait for direction instead of taking initiative
- You don’t follow up consistently
- You lose track of details or deadlines

DETAILS:
- Full-time (must have overlap with Arizona time)
- Daily communication + weekly reporting
- Long-term opportunity with room to grow into a larger operations role
