JOB OVERVIEW

The Mane Attraction is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven UGC & Affiliate Manager to grow our creator community and drive sales through UGC, influencer, and affiliate partnerships.

Responsibilities
Recruit and manage UGC creators, influencers, and affiliates.
Build relationships and coordinate outreach, gifting, campaigns, and deliverables.
Create briefs and manage UGC content from concept to completion.
Grow and manage the affiliate program, including codes, links, incentives, and promotions.
Track creator and affiliate performance, sales, and ROI.
Identify trending content and creators that align with the brand.
Repurpose high-performing UGC across social media, website, email, and ads.
Qualifications
Experience in UGC, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social media.
Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Passion for beauty, hair, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of what drives engagement and sales.
Success Looks Like

Growing our creator network, increasing quality UGC, and generating measurable revenue through affiliate and creator partnerships.

You must be able to work central time.
