We are currently in the early development stage of a nonprofit academic initiative focused on strengthening healthcare education and building a future Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) group in the Philippines.
At this stage, the program is still being carefully developed. Planning and discussions are ongoing as we structure the initiative and determine how the training and tutoring components will operate.
Our long-term goal is to create structured opportunities for nursing graduates to participate in Clinical Documentation Improvement work.
CDI is a growing field in healthcare where nurses often perform very well because of their clinical background, critical thinking ability, and understanding of patient care. With additional exposure to medical coding concepts and documentation standards, nurses can transition into valuable documentation improvement roles.
We are seeking Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduates, including fresh graduates, who can assist with online tutoring and academic guidance in healthcare-related subjects.
Registered Nurses are preferred, but an RN license is not required.
This role begins on a gig basis while the initiative is still developing. If the program progresses successfully, a more structured engagement may be discussed in the future.

Role Responsibilities
• Provide structured online tutoring in healthcare and nursing subjects
• Assist students in improving academic performance
• Support understanding of clinical documentation practices
• Introduce basic awareness of medical coding concepts
• Help develop foundational materials for future CDI training
• Monitor student progress and provide academic feedback

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• RN license preferred but not mandatory
• Strong academic performance
• Interest in clinical documentation or medical coding is an advantage
• Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills

Compensation
This is a gig-based opportunity with performance-based compensation.
Because the initiative is still in development, compensation structure may be adjusted as the program evolves.
