Job Description:
We're a multi-chain DeFi protocol building LP Bonds, a new liquidity primitive that locks liquidity long-term while keeping user positions tradable. We need Business Development partners who can introduce us to crypto launchpads, DEXs, chains, and established crypto projects.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Every successful introduction that leads to a partnership earns you serious money. One good partnership can be worth $5,000-10,000+ as it grows.
COMPENSATION:
Base Pay: $10/hour, 10 hours/week ($100/week). Paid 50% in Ethereum (ETH) and 50% in $GMI tokens on an 18-month vesting schedule, building you a long-term position in the multi-chain $GMI ecosystem.
Minimum Requirement: 1 qualified appointment per week. A qualified appointment means a scheduled call that actually takes place between me and a decision-maker (founder, BD lead, or marketing head) at a crypto launchpad, DEX, chain, or established project, and meets our qualification criteria. Your first qualified appointment each week is covered by your base pay.
Appointment Bonus: Every additional qualified appointment beyond the first pays $100, split 50% ETH and 50% $GMI (same vesting).
Commission: 25% of ALL upgrade fees generated by your partnerships. Our 4-level upgrade system means every user your partnership brings in can pay upgrade fees multiple times, and you earn on every single one.
Bond Bonuses (based on total dollar value of bonds minted through your partnerships):
+$500 when $10,000 is reached
+$1,000 when $20,000 is reached
+$5,000 when $100,000 is reached, and another +$5,000 for every additional $100,000. No ceiling.
Bonuses are cumulative. Hit $100,000 minted and you've collected $6,500 in bonuses total. Every $100,000 after that adds another $5,000.
Note: A successful partnership means a project you introduced signs the LP Bonds integration agreement and goes live on our marketplace. You book the qualified call, I run the deal and close it.

Hunger to earn based on results, not hours
YOU DON'T NEED:
To close deals (I handle that)
Any upfront investment
Previous BD experience (connections matter more)
THE ROLE:
Your job is booking qualified calls. You reach into your network, find decision-makers at crypto projects, and get them on a scheduled call with me. I close the deals, you collect appointment bonuses, commissions, and bond bonuses as your partnerships go live and grow.
Example: ONE solid launchpad partnership that mints $100,000 in bonds earns you $6,500 in bond bonuses, and with thousands of bondholders paying upgrade fees, your 25% commission pushes your total past $8,000.
