Position: Full-Time Remote Driver Recruiter
Company: GOZAL INC
Hiring For: Owner Operators • Lease-Operators • Company Drivers

About the Role

We are a 60+ truck OTR company looking for an experienced recruiter who already understands the U.S. trucking industry. You will NOT be generating leads or posting ads.
We provide all inbound leads through our Facebook campaigns and company platforms.

Your job is simple: call the drivers, qualify them, and bring them into the company.

You must consistently deliver 8–12 hires per month across our three driver categories.

Responsibilities

Call inbound leads using company-provided phone service

Qualify drivers for Owner Operator, Lease-Operator, and Company Driver positions

Review experience, safety record, and basic eligibility

Clearly explain pay, structure, and expectations

Communicate with safety and onboarding to ensure smooth processing

Update lead status and hiring progress daily

Follow up with all leads until they are fully processed or disqualified

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recruiting CDL Class A drivers in the U.S. trucking industry

Strong understanding of FMCSA basics, MVR/PSP review, and OTR requirements

Ability to consistently achieve 8–12 hires per month

Excellent English communication

Highly organized and reliable

Stable, reliable internet connection (we provide phone service)

Must work during U.S. business hours
